Kremlin foreign policy aide Yuri Ushakov revealed the Turkish government’s openness to facilitating talks aimed at resolving the protracted conflict. These remarks emerged following discussions between Russian President Vladimir Putin and Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan in Kazan.
